False alarm on cancer reoccuranceViews: 251

Went for a mammogram and an ultrasound this morning and everything turned out just fine. I thought that I had discovered a lump, but apparently not. It’s funny how this cancer thing works. For the past 10 months, I never felt like I really had cancer. I don’t know if it was denial or because I had such an easy time with the chemo and radiation or because I really had no symptoms or pain. But, after getting the “all clear” today, I suddenly felt totally free of cancer! It’s like hats. You don’t feel like you’re wearing one until you take it off and then you feel like you are wearing one. Go figure.
Here’s hoping everyone is doing fine and enjoying the HOT summer!

Great news!

That was great new, Celebrate!
